Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Project Delivery Team on federal solutions initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the project lifecycle, directing business, technical, fiscal, and admin functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong communication with clients and subcontractors is essential. Ideal candidates will have a engineering-related degree and 10+ years of experience, plus professional PM credentials such as PMP or PE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 10+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the project's PDT.
• Direct execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project.
• Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project.
• Develop and manage the budget; oversee project profitability.
• Invoicing and billing including AR/AP.
• Establish PM plans (PM, Health & Safety, QA/QC) and other docs as required.
• Set project requirements and monitor deliverables for adherence.
• Assign responsibility for executing project plans to subordinates after assessment of qualifications.
• Monitor and negotiate changes to the scope of work with client and subcontractors.
