Miracorp in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Lead Project Manager to provide senior leadership for complex federal construction, rehabilitation, and facilities programs. You will serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and GSA, overseeing multiple project managers and multi-site initiatives.

The role ensures the successful delivery of project objectives, compliance with quality and performance standards, and alignment with client mission requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities management.
• Proven experience leading complex construction or facilities programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal or government programs preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project management and estimating software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO, and MIRACORP.
• Coordinate with client program and technical managers on major construction initiatives.
• Lead and oversee project managers across multiple sites.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects and programs.
• Monitor performance against goals, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and documentation for client leadership.
