Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in façade/window industry.
• Glass and aluminum window experience.
• Strong knowledge of window systems and façade design.

Responsabilités

• Own PM performance, quality, and outcomes across projects and teams.
• Oversee multiple complex projects and align with company goals.
• Lead largest projects and mentor PM team members.
• Identify design risks and opportunities for innovation.
• Lead high-level client, architect, and consultant discussions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality, and drive process improvements.
• Review project requirements and contracts with executives and sales.
• Coordinate with executives on risks related to scope, design, and materials.
• Allocate resources and optimize project assignments.
