Job summary

ITAC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial project development, execution, and alignment with client objectives. The role manages scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating engineering and construction resources, with client engagement at the forefront.

Responsibilities include directing teams, maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality, and supporting business development through proposals and pricing. On-site presence at West Haven, CT, or Piscataway, NJ is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree from ABET-accredited program in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in engineering, construction, or project management in industrial space.
• Multidiscipline project design experience.
• Familiarity with commissioning, startup, and construction support tasks.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.
• PMP or PE license preferred for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development with scope, cost estimating and scheduling.
• Direct engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and negotiate change requests.
• Ensure quality standards across all deliverables and services.
• Cultivate client relationships and support business development and proposals.
