RTX is seeking a Project Manager to join our Corporate, Enterprise Services team in a hybrid role. You will support transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional collaboration and strong leadership.

The role emphasizes delivering projects from initiation through closure, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring scope, cost, and schedule adherence across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience managing stakeholders and aligning expectations across programs.
• Experience documenting technical requirements and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate prioritized cross-functional projects for PMO leadership.
• Assemble cross-functional teams to drive critical outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across the program.
• Develop requirements documentation and technical specifications for system changes.
• Identify risks and mitigation to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and costs across multiple projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget across departments.
