You will manage governance, plans, budgets, risk, and reporting, coordinating with leadership, faculty, staff, and external vendors in a fast‑paced university environment; a strong background in project management is essential.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in executive support and managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Background in higher education, research, technology, or related environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent executive communication, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Report progress to leadership and governance groups.
