The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative,logistical, and project management support for The Center. Keyresponsibilities include coordinating events, managing departmentalcommunications and marketing initiatives, and supervising studentstaff. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internaland external stakeholders, handling calendar management, travelarrangements, and program preparation. The position requires strictconfidentiality, discretion, and the ability to adapt to evolvingorganizational needs.
Core responsibilities include:
- Program Development and Execution:
- Implement a portfolio of student-focused and university-wideprograms, initiatives, and events aimed at fostering a culture ofcommunity engagement & support (e.g., roundtables, culturalcelebrations, lectures)
- Manage all logistical aspects, including scheduling, venuereservations, catering, and technology needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between various stakeholders,including collaborations student organizations, academicdepartments, student affairs, and external community partners.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships to ensureprogram alignment with institutional strategic goals.
- Budget and Resource Oversight:
- ○ Manage the allocated program budgets, track expenses, processinvoices, contracts and ensure responsible use of universityresources. ○ Identify and secure necessary resources tosuccessfully execute projects.
- Communication and Marketing:
- Develop and implement communication plans to effectivelypromote programs to the target audience (students, faculty, staff,alumni). This often involves creating content for social media,email newsletters, and university websites.
- Co-Supervise our Center Social Media Student Intern &Creative Content Ambassadors
- Assessment and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing program outcomes,identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations toleadership

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma/GED required
- Three to five years’ of project management and/or relevant workexperience required
- A combination of education and relevant experience from whichcomparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered for theposition
