Job summary

MSA Professional Services, a 100% employee-owned firm based in St. Paul, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Project Manager Engineering to lead municipal water/wastewater projects from our St. Paul office. This full-time, hybrid-eligible role focuses on project planning, budgeting, QA/QC, and client relations.

With a PE license and 10+ years of experience, you will mentor staff and help develop funding packages while contributing to the firm's long-standing community impact and ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required
• 10+ years of prior experience with relevant project types required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position

Responsibilities

• Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
• Client relationship and business development
• Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
• Oversight of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
• Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
