Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide essential technical guidance and administrative services, ensuring profitable and timely project execution. As the primary client contact, you’ll contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and maintaining client relationships.

The role is based in West Union or Manchester, IA, with leadership responsibilities across both offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in the consulting industry.
• Certified in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
• Professional engineering license in the applicable discipline.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate projects, resolving scheduling, staffing or quality issues.
• Lead project teams, including staff and subconsultants.
• Invoice clients and provide explanations for billed items.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to filing standards.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for write-offs and ensure QC.
• Communicate technical concepts to clients and team members.
• Prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate across disciplines to market services.
