Job summary

PRIME is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of complex construction projects. You will drive planning, management direction, and customer satisfaction to deliver positive financial outcomes.

In this role you will manage procurement, the full lifecycle, and project finances while coordinating with field leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and quality. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; 7–10 years electrical/solar PM experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in electrical estimating and presenting change orders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software; familiarity with Accubid Estimating systems.
• Knowledge of integrated job cost systems, budgeting, reporting, and final costing.
• Experience building critical path schedules and design-build delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on procurement and engage in business development to identify new project opportunities.
• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure with safety, budget, and quality at the forefront.
• Oversee project financial activities including SOV, invoicing, and collections.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline with stakeholders.
• Set clear expectations and act as mediator between team and stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope with change orders and approvals.
• Work closely with field leadership and motivate the project team.
• Adhere to PRIME Safety Program and promote a safe worksite onsite.
• Maintain a physical onsite presence and visit jobsites regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
