Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-functional projects from initiation to closeout in accordance with cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.

You will direct project teams, manage scope, budget, and vendor relationships, and provide regular reporting to site management. A PMP within 18 months is preferred; Bachelor's or equivalent experience required; a dynamic, collaborative leader will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience; multiple paths accepted (see minimum qualifications)
• PMP Certification within 18 months of starting position
• Experience managing projects and familiarity with project controls, reporting and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials
• Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with procedures; ensure monthly reporting
• Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources
• Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
• Provide communication to Constellation Nuclear and site management for assigned/proposed projects
• Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) including close-out and lessons learned
• Perform other duties as directed by management including Emergency Response duties
