Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring cost, quality, schedule and objectives alignment. You will oversee contracts, vendor selection and team coordination within the Constellation Nuclear framework.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent; PMP certification within 18 months and ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
• Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s).
• Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources.
• Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
• Provide communication to Constellation Nuclear and site management for assigned / proposed projects.
• Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) as required, including proper close-out of projects.
