Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead energy infrastructure initiatives and drive commercial performance across a PMO-driven environment. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to improve forecasting, CRM optimization, and strategic business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience within Project Management, Program Management, or PMO environments.
• Experience delivering energy infrastructure projects such as BESS, Microgrids, Critical Power, UPS, Substations or Power Distribution Systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within commercial operations, sales operations, PMO, or business transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, process improvement, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional commercial operations and business transformation projects from initiation through execution.
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support PMO governance, process standardization, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive execution.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support CRM optimization, forecasting processes, pricing workflows, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
