Job summary

Wind River seeks a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle for customer engagements across multiple verticals, including presales and project execution. You will coordinate with sales, technical leads, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. A background in embedded systems and DO-178C/FACE/ISO safety standards is highly valued, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Presales: qualify opportunities, define requirements, estimate costs/schedules, prepare proposals, demonstrate value to customers.
• Project Execution: coordinate with customers, build/manage teams, deliver on schedule, manage budgets and scope.
• Continuous Improvement: use metrics for forecasting and process improvements, share lessons learned.
• People Management / Soft Skills: lead teams, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, manage multiple priorities.
