Job summary

Micone Executive Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects and high-performing teams in Salt Lake City. You will balance project execution with the business side of construction to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in large-scale or complex projects, preferably in data centers or mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple large or complex projects.
• Proven success managing profitable project portfolios.
• Commercial, mission-critical, data center, or major-project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial, and client-management skills.
• Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
