Micone Executive Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects and high-performing teams in the Reno area. You will drive project execution, profitability, and schedule performance while balancing business needs with safety and quality.

A proven leader with 7–10+ years of electrical project management experience, you will mentor teams, oversee budgets, forecasts, contracts, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and field leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple large or complex projects.
• Proven success managing profitable project portfolios.
• Commercial, mission-critical, data center, or major-project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial, and client-management skills.
• Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
