Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in Allentown, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead electric distribution design programs for a steady pipeline of work in the Northeast. You’ll oversee project delivery, client partnerships, and team leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and external agencies, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and support permitting and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electric distribution or utility infrastructure programs.
• Strong communication with utility clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Experience forecasting and managing fixed-fee and unitized projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of electric distribution design projects and programs.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships.
• Coordinate work across designers, engineers, and technical leads.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting and change management.
• Ensure compliance with standards, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Support permitting and third‑party coordination as needed.
• Review deliverables for quality and constructability.
• Provide construction support and resolve design issues.
• Mentor technical leads and shape program strategy.
