Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electric distribution design programs in the Northeast, coordinating engineers, designers, and client stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. This program-based role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and clear communication across multi-disciplinary teams.

You’ll oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, mentor technical leads, and support growth while ensuring compliance with industry standards and permitting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electric distribution or utility infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget in a consulting or utility-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with utility clients.
• Strong leadership and team management, including leadership of other PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of electric distribution design projects and programs, including overhead and underground work and modernization efforts.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Coordinate work across designers, engineers, and technical leads to ensure clear priorities.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, fee tracking, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, permitting requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Provide construction support and resolve design-related issues during build.
• Mentor technical leads and help shape program strategy.
