Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Project Manager IV – Digital Customer Facing to lead end-to-end NPI projects, coordinating planning, design, execution, and delivery across global teams. This role supports Rheem North America with a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet, and strong communication and analytical skills. Hybrid schedule: in-office Mon-Thu, remote Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 7 years of PM experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong project management, scheduling, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project execution.
• Coordinate with internal/external global teams to ensure on time delivery.
• Ensure project aligns with approved design / project specifications.
• Elevate key concerns / issues for resolution.
• Track status and reporting for NPI review meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
