Job summary

BHDP Architecture in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple projects, accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and overall health. You will provide clear direction, delegate ownership, manage client expectations, and drive predictable outcomes by proactive planning and risk management.

This role requires a NAAB or equivalent architecture degree, 12+ years in design/architecture, licensure or NCIDQ preferred, and strong Revit, Visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
• 12+ years in design/architecture industry with portfolio of delivered projects.
• Architectural license or NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and production-ready visualization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and project teams from initiation to delivery.
