We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction delivery of large‑scale data center projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects from early design development through construction, commissioning, and client handover, ensuring successful delivery of highly complex mission‑critical facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center, mission‑critical, industrial, or large‑scale commercial construction and possess the leadership skills necessary to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of data center projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, risk management, and overall project execution
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and commissioning teams throughout all project phases
  • Oversee design development and ensure alignment between design intent, constructability, budget, and schedule objectives
  • Manage project reporting, executive updates, stakeholder communications, and client relationships
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project controls
  • Support site selection, preconstruction planning, value engineering, and project procurement activities
  • Drive project safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the construction process
  • Lead issue resolution and decision‑making across multiple project disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, security, and network infrastructure
  • Coordinate commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful facility startup and operational readiness
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale construction projects
  • Experience delivering mission‑critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, or other technically complex facilities
  • Strong understanding of design management, construction management, project controls, and commissioning processes
  • Proven experience managing large project budgets and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power infrastructure, cooling systems, controls, and critical facility requirements
  • Experience with contract management, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates may come from data center developers, owners' representative firms, EPC contractors, mission‑critical general contractors, engineering firms, or large commercial construction organizations.

Experience delivering projects for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or mission‑critical clients is highly desirable.
