ACS Professional Staffing is assisting a well-established design firm in Sacramento, CA, in hiring a Project Manager to lead diverse projects through planning, design, and approvals. Expect strong client relations, proposal development, and multi-disciplinary coordination.

The role requires 10–20 years of architectural experience, a preferred architectural license, and proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, Revit, BIM workflows, InDesign, and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of architectural experience.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through construction administration.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Bluebeam; experience with Revit and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assembly of proposals with consultants.
• Prepare and review client and consultant contracts.
• Lead project pursuits – RFPs, scope and fee estimates, interviews.
• Manage project billing and review invoices to clients/consultants.
• Forecast billings for revenue projections per project.
• Maintain regular communication with project team, discipline leads, and principals.
• Develop and manage design schedules and scope of services.
• Serve as point of contact with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate design processes and facilitate meetings.
