Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Location: Atlanta, GA

Base pay up to $165,000 annually

The role:

As Senior Project Manager you will oversee the coordination of project activities to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards. The company specializes in delivering large-scale Data Center projects for internal operations and collaborates with Fortune 500 companies on customized ventures.

Duties:

• On-site management of Data Center projects
• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
• Interaction with power and fiber companies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, electrical, or mechanical
• 4+ years Construction and Project Management experience is required, most of which in Data Center projects
• Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/Visio
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
• Open to frequent travel on site

Candidates must be currently based in the US and hold US Citizenship/Greencard.
