Job summary

Henderson Building Solutions seeks an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead complex construction and building systems projects across San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston, TX. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while meeting client expectations and project objectives.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management capabilities, plus advanced project management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of construction or engineering preferred; years of experience considered in lieu of education.
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in construction and building systems design.
• Experience in project management, estimating, field installation, and installation supervision.
• OSHA certifications required.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Technical expertise in mechanical and/or electrical systems; familiarity with related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall management of construction projects.
• Plans and sets project objectives, goals, and deadlines.
• Schedules and coordinates processes to meet design specifications.
• Reports on status and budget matters to clients.
• Facilitates the project installation phase.
• Maintains all required project documentation.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Manages budgets, procurement, and change orders.
• Collaborates with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supports business development activities.
