• Oversee project setup, budgets, and requirements.
• Direct project communication with major clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee safety planning and ensure JHAs and training are approved.
• Drive project portfolio financial health and forecasting.
• Mentor PMs and guide team leaders on communication and leadership.
