• Assist in bid package development, pre-qualification activities, and budget preparation.
• Leads preconstruction meetings and coordinates RFIs.
• Analyze risk and define schedule-related issues affecting cash flow.
• Maintain relationships with customers and manage client communications.
• Evaluate project delivery approaches and facilitate implementation.
• Oversee close-out and claim resolution; communicate with senior leadership.
