Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction projects in Stockton, CA. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, QA/QC, procurement, and stakeholder communication from planning through turnover.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data center or large-scale construction, with strong leadership and MEP expertise. AWS or hyperscale experience is preferred, and a commitment to quality and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, commissioning, and contractor management.
• Ability to interpret engineering and construction documents and manage complex technical projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers, critical infrastructure, or AWS environments preferred.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover. This role is responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, procurement, contractor performance, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

The salary range for this full-time role is $132,800.00-$231,666.72 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
