The candidate should have 5–7 years of PM experience in electronic security, life safety, building automation or related technical systems. You will coordinate customers, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders from award to completion,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in electronic security, fire alarm/life safety, building automation, low-voltage, or related technical systems.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurements, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project risks, labor and material costs, cash flow, and scope changes; maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project and field teams.
