Job summary

Pyramid Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of custom homes from conception to completion in Maryland. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget control, and exceptional craftsmanship, requiring leadership and a strong client-facing approach.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination with architects and trades, quality control, and proactive problem solving to ensure top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Experience with project quality, schedule, and budget management.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and organization skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with project management software; Premier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of custom home construction, from planning to client delivery.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Drive site progress and high-quality fit and finish.
• Review billings, invoices, change orders, and subcontracts.
• Address challenges with proactive, innovative solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with updates throughout the process.
• Coach site supervisors and trade partners for better outcomes.
• Influence build and design decisions as SME.
