Job summary

Agent Careers is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction to oversee multiple custom home projects from planning through completion. You will work with the Director of Construction, Design Manager, and sales/estimating teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the established scopes of work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in residential or custom home construction.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, terminology, and workflows.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a structured PM environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from scope development through completion.
• Develop and coordinate project scopes of work with field leadership and design teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, costs, and performance metrics to stay on track.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Director of Construction, Design Manager, and sales/estimating teams.
• Manage RFQs, permits, project documentation, and other administrative requirements.
• Coordinate materials management and ensure resources are available when needed.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement solutions proactively.
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding quality and timelines.
