Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Five+ years of complex project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Leadership experience (2+ years) and familiarity with small arms or weapons systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop new commercial and military products.
• Coordinate capital asset projects and strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Provide regular status updates on cost, timing, milestones, and risks to executives.
• Facilitate problem solving, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive on-time delivery with quality and cost targets across multiple projects.
