Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or HS/GED with four years relevant experience; certifications may substitute.
• Years’ Experience: 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Skills: Strong PM experience, technical background, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program lifecycle and meets customer, company goals.
• Develops detailed project plans including WBS and resource planning.
• Manages entire program with P&L within budget.
• Analyzes and drives execution on the Critical Path.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through communication and on-time, quality deliveries.
• Sets program priorities and guides daily issues.
• Incorporates lessons learned into planning and execution.
• Manages IPT to reach business goals and customer expectations.
• Establishes priorities and facilitates root-cause analysis with resources.
• Exercises independent judgment and professional discretion.
