Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; 10+ years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors; working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; strong presentation and communication skills; deep understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes and base-building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and interface with client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs and generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of project and oversee staffing projections.
• Final red-line reviews of construction documents and overall consultant document review.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, and invoicing.
