Acloché LLC in New York City seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of corporate workplace experience to lead diverse projects from our New York City office. You will manage client interfaces, budgets, staffing, and production across all project phases.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s preferred), and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits plan are offered with a salary range of $120K–$160K.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements.
• Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs.
• Generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of project.
• Oversee project production and staffing projections.
• Final red-line review of construction documents.
• Overall review of consultant documents.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, payment requisitions, fee tracking, invoicing and collections.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Coordinate bidding process, including response to questions, interviews, bid review and analysis.
• General coordination & management of designated project team.
• Project close-out and sign-off.
