Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interiors
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile corporate interior projects across all phases—from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in managing large-scale commercial environments and overseeing multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define and communicate clear project goals, scope, and expectations.
Direct, control, and monitor all phases of project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Manage timelines, staffing, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Lead projects ranging from 25,000 to 100,000+ sq. ft. in commercial or corporate tenant improvement environments.
Oversee design development, construction documents, and ensure quality control and code compliance.
Develop project schedules and budgets; draft and review AIA and related contracts.
Negotiate project fees and manage contract execution.
Monitor financial performance, proactively identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on track.
Who We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in tenant improvement or commercial interior architecture.
2+ years in a formal project management role.
Proven success leading projects from design through construction.
Strong multitasker with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2016+) and Revit.
Preferred Credentials
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
LEED AP or other sustainability-related credential preferred.
Licensure or equivalent certification strongly preferred (support available for California PM licensing if required).
