Job summary

Actalent is seeking a qualified Project Manager in Portland, OR to support the Bonneville Power Administration. The PM will facilitate business projects within Customer Support Services, coordinating with BPA managers, team members, and stakeholders to plan stages, assess implications, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include drafting plans, managing budgets, and keeping records accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management with end-to-end lifecycle
• Strong familiarity with project management software and PMI-based methodology
• Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Facilitate medium-size proposals and projects from inception to conclusion following PMI-based methodology
• Draft project plans, resource strategies, and funding estimates
• Monitor schedule and budget; alert manager to changes or budget concerns
• Coordinate team meetings and manage sub-teams; ensure milestones are met
• Maintain project documents and communications with stakeholders
