Job summary

Intertek-PSI in San Antonio, Texas seeks a Project Manager for Construction Material Testing to lead testing activities, attend meetings, and manage client relationships. The role involves proposal preparation, contract review, budget monitoring, invoicing, and project close-out duties in a hands-on onsite capacity.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, 5 years of CM Testing experience, a valid driver’s license, and ICC/ACI certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field.
• 5 years of Construction Materials Testing experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
• ICC and ACI Certifications.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand Construction Materials Testing business.
• Attend project meetings and maintain Client relationships, leverage and develop new project opportunities.
• Review project setup, prepare advanced proposals for internal and external review and follow up.
• Complete contract review and negotiation.
• Monitor project budget and initiate change orders.
• Review, prepare and submit invoices.
• Perform project close out duties.
• Supervise field personnel and assist with lab duties as needed.
