Job summary

Empire and Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee nationwide interior construction and furniture projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, and installation crews to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within commercial interiors or construction, strong account coordination, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, interiors, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from kickoff through final client closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and installation plans.
• Coordinate project activities between Sales, Design, Operations, Purchasing, Installation, and clients.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Track milestones and communicate updates, risks, and solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, budgets, change orders, and reporting.
