Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Eligible for US Customs background clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ten+ years related work experience.
• Proven ability to lead in a senior role.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Familiarity with industry practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, schedule and requirements of multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Liaise between project managers, government entities, CBP management, and stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality, project financial oversight and deliverables under the task order.
• Develop scopes of work and project requirement packages with multiple stakeholders and technical experts.
• Assist government stakeholders to create and manage budgets and schedules for current and future year plans.
• Resolve urgent issues related to funding, coordination and construction matters.
• Provide risk management and contingency execution.
• Report on project progress, issues and resolutions.
