Job summary

Eagle Harbor, LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Project Manager (Construction and Facilities) to oversee multiple concurrent construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with government stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate has US citizenship, 10+ years of leadership in construction, a technical degree, superb written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a team-driven, flexible environment; DHS clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be eligible to obtain/maintain DHS background investigation clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction field (or equivalent experience)
• Ten+ years of related work experience
• Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Familiarity with industry practices and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, schedule, and requirements of multiple concurrent construction projects
• Liaise between project managers, government entities, CBP management, and stakeholders
• Support project planning, quality, financial oversight, and deliverables under the task order
• Develop scopes of work and project requirements with multiple stakeholders
• Assist government stakeholders to create/manage budgets and schedules for current and future year plans
• Resolve issues related to funding, coordination, or construction problems
• Provide risk management and contingency execution; report progress and resolutions
