The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in managing a large national energy account based in Richmond, CA. This position focuses on supporting various projects and project managers within our national portfolio for a single client. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive solutions across diverse locations, ensuring high-quality facilities management and hospitality services.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in construction, including MEP systems and active-site renovations.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects, project controls, forecasting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and scheduling/estimating software.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to resource allocation.
