LeoForce in Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the success and profitability of large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. • Proven track record managing $20M+ projects or multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Experience leading PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Excellent communication with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Position Overview

This role leads internal teams, manages client relationships, oversees financial performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Summary of Qualifications

• Proven experience managing $20M+ projects (or multiple concurrent projects)
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management
