Job summary

MPI in Southern California seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction from preconstruction to closeout, acting as the lead liaison among clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, change orders, and project documentation, mentor junior staff, and drive safety and quality across complex commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience
• Ability to independently lead complex projects and project teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and contract administration

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. This individual will be responsible for project execution, financial performance, schedule management, and overall client satisfaction.
