Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives from Chicago office in Schiller Park, IL. The role offers significant autonomy, directs multidisciplinary teams, and requires delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

You will collaborate with estimating, sales, and field leadership to drive bids, schedules, and financial outcomes while ensuring safety and quality across industrial and power generation spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; increased consideration for relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction/restoration.
• Experience managing projects valued $1–5 million.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions with internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials, including profit & loss and projections.
• Provide leadership to project teams and collaborate with estimators and sales.
