Qualifications

• Legal Authorization To Work: US citizen, national, or eligible for unrestricted employment.
• Basic Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Specialized Experience: 4.5 years of progressively responsible professional experience planning, directing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating projects.
• Supervisory Aptitude: Demonstrated supervisory abilities or potential.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license at time of appointment.
• Substitutions Allowed: Substitutions described in MQRs may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project components from conception to implementation within budget and schedule.
• Manages contracts, procurement, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinates testing and policy communications; provides advisory support.
• Evaluates performance of subordinates.
