• Oversee planning, execution, tracking, and reporting; manage communications with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and refine project management standards, tools, and methodologies for Yale.
• Produce executive-level project status reports and performance analyses.
• Mentor PMs and support Communities of Practice; oversee contractors as needed.
