Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately to highly complex engineering programs from planning through delivery and handoff. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field operations, manage budgets and schedules, and drive risk management and change control.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and clients, plus continuous improvement and lean practices to raise operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field and demonstrated experience in leading complex engineering projects.
• 8–10 years of advancing experience in engineering and project management.
• Experience delivering complex industrial, automation, process, or capital equipment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately-complex to complex engineering programs from planning through delivery and handoff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field operations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and change control processes.
• Communicate project status and risks clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean principles in project execution.
