Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 10–15 years of construction PM experience preferred.
• OSH 10 or OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with cost/workflow software (Timberline/Sage) and scheduling tools (Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire project life cycle including budget, schedule, risk, and safety.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage financials: budgets, costs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Support preconstruction activities and develop project plans.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
