Job summary

Talisen Construction Corporation in the New York City metro region is seeking a Project Manager (Level II) to oversee multiple projects from initiation to close-out. You will drive kickoff meetings, manage submittals, and coordinate with Superintendents and APMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and total client satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years of industry experience, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, organize and drive projects through completion and close-out.
• Drive kickoff meetings and weekly client job meetings; document minutes.
• Approve submittals and manage the submittal log with or without an APM.
• Define critical submittals requiring Super sign-off.
• Develop pencil requests and approve supplier payments.
• Disposition all change orders and obtain owner/architect signatures.
• Attend and support weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee paperwork: daily reports, manpower counts, look-aheads.
• Ensure close-out items, inspections, and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress to stay on time and within budget.
