Senior Project Manager - Commercial Roofing
Location: Laurel, MD (Relocation welcome!)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What You’ll Do

• Lead diverse teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and with precision.
• Oversee all project tasks, assigning roles and responsibilities to team members.
• Create detailed cost analyses and develop accurate budgets based on estimates.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Act as the main liaison between your team, clients, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company protocols.
• Discover cost-saving opportunities to improve project efficiency and results.
• Conduct post-project financial analysis to evaluate performance metrics and bid success.

What You Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 5+ years of recent project management experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Hands-on expertise with roofing systems like single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal roofing (preferred).
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects (having a detailed project portfolio is a big plus).
• Knowledge of government reroofing projects (a bonus!).
• Proficiency with tools like Edge Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
